3D Signs. (3D Main Signage)

The industry term "fabricated" refers to the fact that 3D letters need to be manufactured, by hand, on a one-off basis. Perspex is the most commonly used material for this. Open pan letters are often constructed to hold neon to illuminate them. This gives an effective 3D sign in daylight, with an attractive and visible sign at night.

Led/SMD

The SMD/LED is based on the semiconductor diode. An SMD is usually small in area (less than 1 mm2), and integrated optical components are used to shape its radiation pattern and assist in reflection.
SMD/LEDs present many advantages over incandescent light sources including lower energy consumption, longer lifetime, improved robustness, smaller size, faster switching, and greater durability and reliance.

A Totem/Pylon

Totem Pole/Pylons by their very nature are large signs and are supported by a central column - although today the term pylon refers to signs that are large and free standing - with one or more supports. Typically one sees pylons in retail shopping centres advertising the tenants or services in the centre. Double sided signs are most common, but 3 and 4 sided structures are also called pylons.
The term free standing sign refers to a large category of signs that are supported above the ground on poles of some sort (as opposed to hanging). Examples are road signs, estate agents "For sale" or "To Let" signs.

Neon /Cold Cathode

Cold Cathode may be often compared with fluorescent lamping, but for those of us here at AD World Signages, there is simply no comparison. Cold Cathode lamps provide a high lumens output with lower energy costs and far less maintenance costs than fluorescent lighting systems. Cold Cathode lamps are not affected by on/off cycles, a factor which greatly impacts the life expectancy of a fluorescent lamp. Most importantly, cold cathode lamps blend seamlessly into any architectural décor.

Metallic Sign

We have a large selection of professional high quality metal sign letters for your sign project, including cast metal letters and flat cut metal letter products. Your metal sign letters can be cast bronze metal letters, cast aluminum letters, flat cut metal letters or even some of our metal faced or metallic painted sign products like plastic letters (either flat-cut acrylic or injection molded plastic) or other sign products like PVC or foam letters. Which will try to give your signage that metallic look without some of the cost of real metal sign letters.
